01. Submit a support ticket to support@jxt.com.au

please include:
  • detailed description of the problem you are experiencing
  • screenshots (if applicable)
  • hyperlinks to applicable pages

02. Confirmation that the ticket has been received

you will receive a auto-confirmation that the ticket has been received 
if you DO NOT receive a confirmation please...
  • check your spam folder 
  • give support a call to confirm that the ticket has been received 


  • you may be asked for additional information for clarification of location or problem. 
  • the request will be marked as pending until a reply is received

03. Ticket assigned based on priority

  • If you need urgent assistance please call
  • your ticket will be categorized based on priority & assigned for completion
  • a due date is assigned
i.e an error posting jobs will be prioritized over a text change
