Talent Board, a non-profit organisation focused on the promotion and data benchmark research of quality candidates experiences announced the winners of their inaugural APAC Candidate Experience (CandE) Awards. JXT is a proud partner in supporting their continuing education within the recruitment space on streamlining recruiters' digital marketing to achieve that goal.

Overall, the selected winning eleven companies are recognised for demonstrating positive recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes and honoured during the awards reception in Sydney and Melbourne.

The APAC CandE Awards programme more than doubled in size year over year, with 49 participating companies and surveys from 15,334 job candidates based across Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Thailand and Malaysia. In 2015, the programme designated 11 winners from 24 participating companies and 3,000 candidates surveyed.
