Design & Build Recruitment engaged JXT to re-design our website and Bee was assigned as our Project Manager. Having dealt with Bee over the last 3 months I can say that she has been excellent to work with in all aspects of the process across design development, construction, review and handover. Always accessible and quick to get back to me with updates, change implementations and getting it live, I can certainly recommend her as an effective PM.

Bhauna (Bee) was instructed to design and construct my law firms web site from the ground up. The project should have taken 90 days, nevertheless, due to Bee's involvement the project was completed with 3 weeks, which is extremely unusual but surprising. The design of the web site was not compromised in any way and the site speaks for itself. I sincerely thank the team at JXT and in particular the project manager Bee for the hard work undertaken in providing me with a brilliant web design. Moreover, we had a dead line to meet, namely, advertising with WSFM (101.7FM) and the adds were going on air within the month of preparing the web site, nevertheless, the dead line was meet with two days to spare. Not surprising our adds commenced and we have had a great response immediately. Good work and again thank you.

I just wanted to let you know how impressed I have been with the JXT team in the last couple of months:

Nicole – First impressions count and she was did a great job of helping us decide if this was the right website for us. Really helpful, not at all pushy, and clearly she cares about her customers.
Bee – Really good, she was able to talk us through all the steps in the project process and ensure all our questions were covered clearly and simply, but also followed up everything we asked her to do. Very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure we were looked after.
Nancy – Poor Nancy has had to deal with our back and forth for the last few weeks but in every dealing with her she has been super enthusiastic, extremely helpful and even responded and actioned queries at the weekend and in the evenings. I am english, but I understand the term MVP is not handed out lightly in Australia, but she would get this title hands down.

You have a great team Rick. I am sure you already know that, but I wanted to let you know personally. We are in the recruitment game for Digital, Marketing, Advertising and Creative here in Perth and so we know how challenging it can be to find good people in this space so its great to see such a strong team.

During our website redevelopment, Bee was a invaluable source of information and support. We contacted her numerous times, with what must have been such inane requests and questions but were always met with a happy, prompt and positive response. We cannot recommend her highly enough.
