We experienced a bug with our JXT application forms this week. Our engineers fixed this issue and we want to share an update of what has happened, and what we have done to prevent it from recurring. What has happened?
Bug was in effect from 6:00 PM March 27th, 2017 to 11:00 AM March 30th, 2017
The issue was caused by a data issue arising during a routine release
Process safeguards have been implemented immediately to prevent future repeats
How will it affect you?
Resumes that were submitted via the JXT application form did not attach properly to the corresponding application and notification email
All resumes have been restored to their corresponding applications
Job application email notifications will be re-sent after 5pm Friday 31st March 2017
Re-sent emails may appear to be duplicate applications or a notification for jobs that have expired. NB: These are not new applications and the application data in the system will not be affected - it is only the email notification being retransmitted
